What you will be doing:
- Oversee planned and unscheduled maintenance programs for relevant plant and equipment.
- Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, life safety, vertical transport, facade access, and general services equipment in accordance with agreed specifications.
- Provide technical advice and act as the authorised person for technical matters.
- Ensure contractor health & safety obligations and paperwork are reviewed (risk assessments, PPE, method statements, etc.).
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive FM experience managing a large portfolio of buildings (mixed-use preferred).
- Knowledge of compliance delivery and reporting in large FM contracts.
- Experience in auditing across corporate, healthcare, or education environments.
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively at various levels.
