Job Description
You will be:
Joining the Duty and Assessment Team as a Children Social Worker; your role will be to:
- To identify the needs of children and families referred and negotiate delivery of services where appropriate.
- To work alongside other professionals and partner agencies in assessing children in need and undertaking child protection enquiries.
- To carry out duty caseload of single assessments under S17 and S47 of the Children’s Act and some short-term work.
- Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a Frontline Children’s Team.
- Right to work in the UK.
