Job Description

You will be:
Joining the Council as an Adult Assistant Team Manager; your role will be to:
- Supporting the Team Manager within the Hospital Pathway Team.
- ATMs are responsible for leadership and management of the Team.
- You will be expected to showcase knowledge and provide help to the team when needed.
- Managing complex caseloads and safeguarding enquiries.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals within the service.
- A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed, as well as 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
- The ideal Candidate will have significant experience of working within Adult Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within a Management/ Senior role.
- Registered to Social Work England.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
