Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Practice Improvement Lead to join a Local Authority in the Wiltshire area on a Locum basis.

You will be:
Joining the Council as a Children’s Services Practice Improvement Lead; your role will be to:
  • Focus on enhancing the quality and effectiveness of social work practices within Children Services.
  • Overseeing project management and new initiatives put in place – monitoring effectiveness.
  • Developing training programmes and delivering these.
  • Working closely with other professionals within the Council.
  • Supporting the implementation of best practices and evidence-based approaches in social work.
  • Conducting Quality Assurance activities to ensure that social work practices meet the required standards and deliver high-quality care.
Essentials:
  • A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed, as well as 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
  • The ideal Candidate will have significant experience of working within Children Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within an Improvement/ Quality Assurance/ Consulting role.
  • Registered to Social Work England.
  • Right to work in the UK.
