Job Description

You will be:
Joining the Children Fostering Team as a Team Manager; your role will be to:
- Manage and oversee staff to ensure effective delivery of services to children and young people.
- Assist the Service Manager and Head of Service in planning and developing services for vulnerable children, young people, and their families, identifying needs and potential difficulties/challenges, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Effectively manage budgets and ensure services are cost effective.
- Produce reports and attend meetings/forums as required.
- Supportive management team.
- Training and working equipment provided.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- A reliable on rolling contract and a stable management team.
- Very competitive pay rate of £44.50 per hour.
- A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed, as well as 2 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within Children Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of managing a Team of Social Workers.
- Registered to Social Work England.
- Right to work in the UK.
