Job Description

You will be:
Joining the Adult Communities Team, the main responsibilities are:
- To hold a caseload of Adults within the Community.
- Completing Assessments and Care Plans to support service users, promoting independence and ensure they are supported.
- Ensuring work completed is in line with the Council’s legislation and procedures are followed through.
- Supportive management team.
- Training and working equipment provided.
- A reliable on-rolling contract and a stable management team.
- Manageable caseload.
- Very competitive pay rate of up to £32.00 per hour.
- A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed, as well as 2 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within Adult Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within a Communities Team.
- Registered to Social Work England.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
