Job Description

You will be:
Joining the Adult Community Mental Health Team; your role will be to:
- Holding a case load of Older Adults within the Community.
- Completing assessments, specifically Mental Capacity Act.
- Work with other professionals within the service to ensure proper care plans are in place.
- Build relationships with Adults and Families.
- A manageable caseload.
- Supportive management team.
- Training and working equipment provided.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- A reliable on rolling contract and a stable management team.
- A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within Adult Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within an Adult Mental Health Team.
- Registered to Social Work England.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
