Job Description

Are you a Mechanical Manager with healthcare experience? Are you looking for a role within an NHS trust? Do you live in the West Midlands Area ?

What you need?
  • Engineering Qualifications – e.g City & Guilds/ HNC
  • Worked in an NHS Trust for 5 or more years
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Organising repairs and maintenance
  • Project managing of building and renovations
  • Manage Health & safety and Compliance.
  • Managing a team of engineers in the estates department
  • Mechanical Bias
 
 The Role
  • This role is a 6-month contract on a temp to perm basis.
  • The salary for this role is £30.00 an hour on a 37.5-hour week.
  • This will be paid through an Umbrella company.
  • You will be reporting to the Head of Estates.
