Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality and comprehensive technical and administrative support across all functions of the Market Management Service.
- Help manage and monitor procurement, voids, and repairs, ensuring performance aligns with key KPIs.
- Collate, analyse, and report on performance data, ensuring accuracy and supporting effective performance monitoring.
- Respond to all team enquiries professionally, confidently, and promptly, demonstrating a strong understanding of all service areas.
- Provide a service that is efficient, customer-focused, and compliant with both corporate policies and relevant legislation.
- Offer robust and accurate finance support, including budget monitoring and transaction processing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housing, local government, or a related field is desirable
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence working with performance and financial data
