The role covers Hamm, Germany and surrounding areas as a Field Service Engineer to maintain their state of the art Heavy Plant throughout the region and provide engineering support to dealers where required.

Salary: €52,300 - €63,300 per year + overtime + benefits

The requirements of the Field Service Engineer will be:- As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for handling warranty work through diagnostics, commissioning, and issue resolution
- Travel up to 70% regionally to provide field technical support to dealers and end-users on LiuGong equipment
- Coordinate and deliver technical training for dealer service teams
- Reporting issues to HQ and contribute to feedback for improvement
- Report product performance and technical support on-site technical needs
The ideal candidate for Field Service Engineer will be:- Experienced within the construction or agricultural machinery industry for at least 3 years
- Skilled in hydraulics, mechanics, and electronics; familiarity with Tier IV or BEV systems is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; Chinese is an advantage
- Background in vocational or university-level engineering (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics)
