Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits

The requirements of the Technical Support Specialist will be:- As Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing aftermarket product quality issues, overseeing technical applications for product lines and assisting in fault diagnosis activities
- Maintain an efficient technical help desk
- Compile evidence to drive quality improvements and service fixes
- Contribute to new product introductions and analysis
- Conduct site and customer visits for technical support
The ideal candidate for Technical Support Specialist will be:- Hold a recognised Apprenticeship NVQ 3 or equivalent in Construction Equipment or an Engineering based field
- Experience in a similar technical role in the heavy plant industry
- Technical engineering background and high levels of knowledge within the Construction Industry.
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Have good computer literacy
