💷 Pay Rate: £35 per hour

Are you an experienced and passionate Social Worker ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join a dynamic Children & Family and Team in Merseyside. This is a meaningful role working with children and families to provide early help, targeted support and effective intervention where it’s needed most.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload supporting children and families across a range of needs
- Conduct strengths-based assessments and deliver person-centred care plans
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
- Support children to thrive in safe, nurturing environments
- Champion the voices of children and families in all decision-making
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff or students
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
- 4+ years’ post-qualified experience, ideally in children and families settings
- In-depth understanding of safeguarding and relevant legislation
- Creative, flexible and solution-focused mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children and their families
