Are you a skilled and compassionate Qualified Social Worker ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of children in care? 🔍 What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a capped caseload of children in care
- Carrying out high-quality assessments and reviews
- Building strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and carers
- Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners
- Supporting care planning that promotes stability and development
- Advising and supporting unqualified staff or students when needed
✅ Who we’re looking for:
- Registered with Social Work England
- 4+ years’ experience in children's social care
- Strong understanding of CIN, CP, CLA processes and legislation
- Skilled in direct work, assessment, care planning, and multi-agency collaboration
- Creative, flexible, and forward-thinking
- Committed to continuous improvement and delivering outstanding outcomes
