🌟 About the Role:
In this role, you'll:
- Manage a varied caseload, including Child in Need, Child Protection, PLO, Care Proceedings, and Private Law cases.
- Carry out holistic assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Use your professional judgment to make timely decisions in line with statutory guidance.
- Work closely with children, families, and multi-agency partners to achieve the best outcomes.
- Champion reflective, relationship-based practice and mentor less experienced team members.
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Registered Social Worker with Social Work England
- Minimum 4 years' post-qualified experience working with children and families
- Strong understanding of child protection legislation, safeguarding, and risk assessment
- Excellent communication, report writing, and IT skills
- A proactive, strengths-based approach to working with children and families
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Ability to work flexibly and meet statutory recording deadlines
