Registered Manager

Pertemps Social Care is recruiting on behalf of a specialist childrens care provider for an experienced registered manager, for a childrens home in Derbyshire.
 
A four bedded home, catering for children ages 8 to 12, as Registered Manager you will be responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children, ensuring that the quality of care provided is consistent in line with company and Ofsted standards.
 
Your will be responsible for;

• Ensuring that the highest standards of person-centred care and support are delivered at all times
• Building and motivating a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Ensure that resources, including staff, are effectively deployed to optimise service delivery
• Promoting and marketing the service

 
With a salary offer of £40,000 to £51,000 you will need to have an NVQ Level 4 in children & young people, NVQ level 4 in management, Excellent knowledge of care standards, including child protection and demonstrable experience of managing a similar service.
