👶 The Role
As part of the Connected Carers Team, you'll play a key role in supporting children to stay within their extended families or with people close to them.
Key Responsibilities:

• Complete Reg 24 viability and Full Connected Carers assessments
• Support, supervise, and review Connected Carers as they transition into their new role
• Manage a caseload across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings
• Conduct Section 47 enquiries, parenting, and risk assessments
• Prepare court reports and work within the PLO framework
• Lead multi-agency planning and reviews to ensure child safety and wellbeing

 
👤 About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• A Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England
• Experienced (2+ years) in Fostering, Child Protection, CIN, or related areas
• Skilled in assessments, court work, and multi-agency collaboration
• Resilient, compassionate, and dedicated to improving outcomes for children

Experience in a Connected Carers or Fostering team is essential.
