Job Description
Principal responsibilities in the role will involve:
- Assess and Support: Carry out assessments and undertake care management responsibilities for children in our care, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Case Management: Manage a caseload of Looked After Children, including planning, reviewing, and coordinating services.
- Partnership Working: Collaborate with families, external agencies, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for children.
- Advocacy: Advocate for the best interests of Looked After Children, ensuring they have stability and permanence.
