The Firm 

Join an established multi service boutique firm that offers a fantastic culture and drives the performance of their staff. Keeping standards high, they are both CQS and Lexcel accredited. After a steady year, they are looking keep pushing forward and hope to grow each department in 2025.

Role and Requirements

This will be a fairly straight forward conveyancing role but with one main difference being the culture of the firm. You will be expected to run a non volume caseload of FH/LH, Sales and Purchase files with New Build and Shared Ownership experience being ideal but far from necessary to be considered for this role.

- A minimum of 2 years experience running a caseload
- Good completion rates / billing information
- Team Player / Laid back personality
