About the Firm

Join an established and traditional firm based in Blackburn. Throughout this year, they have been steadily growing and work keeps flooding in through referrals, returning clients, business development and networking activities. A short walk from the train station, the office is in an ideal location for both drivers and public transport users. 

Role and Requirements 

You will handle a full caseload (circa 70 files) of residential property matters that will include: Freehold, Leasehold, Sales and Purchase, Remo and Transfer of Equity. New Build and Shared Ownership experience would be ideal but it is far from necessary to be considered for this role. 

- Minimum of 12 months experience running a residential caseload.
- Good billings and completions.
- Understand the importance of client care.
