The Role and Requirements 

You will be responsible for running a legal aid caseload dealing with all levels of care proceedings. You will be required to conduct your own advocacy. 

Ideally you will already be Panel Accredited but this is not essential as the firm will help you achieve this. This role puts you in a great position to eventually step into the HOD role, if this is something you are looking for. 

- Extensive experience within this area of law as a paralegal and solicitor 
- Be able to conduct your own advocacy 
- Panel Accredited or have the ambition to become Panel Accredited
