About the Role
Are you a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a role that offers autonomy, development, and the chance to drive business growth? This role allows you to lead and manage the full range of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, landlord and tenant issues, bank funding, and pension acquisitions, all with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle client files, adhering to high standards of quality and compliance.
- Meet fee targets through diligent time management, billing, and cash flow.
- Actively engage in business development, marketing, and client relations.
- Support and oversee colleagues’ work, and participate in team meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client and referral networks.
Your Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE in Commercial Property.
- Strong communicator, organiSed, and a collaborative team player.
- Proficient in case management systems, digital communication, and standard office tools.
