Role:
As a Planning Solicitor, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering expert legal advice on a variety of planning matters. Responsibilities will include managing a diverse caseload, encompassing everything from strategic advice to clients through to the negotiation and implementation of complex planning agreements. The role demands a proactive approach to supporting clients in achieving their strategic objectives, ensuring compliance with planning legislation and policy.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Minimum of 2 years PQE with a solid background in planning law
- Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse range of planning issues
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal advice clearly and persuasively
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing workload effectively to meet deadlines
