Your mission:

• Producing consistent delicious dishes and cooking to an exceptional standard.
• Ensuring Food safety and health and safety policies are adhered to and completing all corresponding due diligence.
• Careful management, ordering, and counting of stock.
• Supervising, training, and managing the kitchen team, always encouraging development and growth.
