In this role, you will handle a diverse range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property finance, and development projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing sound legal advice, drafting and negotiating contracts, and managing transactions with precision and commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property law.
- A robust understanding of commercial property transactions and the ability to manage a varied caseload with autonomy.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to maintaining high standards of client care.
