Salary: £80,000 – £100,000

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Marketing Director to drive the marketing strategy for a leading Professional Services firm. You will lead a team of 15 and work closely with the CEO to ensure the alignment of digital and brand marketing strategies, while actively supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for all marketing activities, including SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Manage a multi-million-pound marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Measure and analyse marketing performance, demonstrating return on investment through conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Lead and inspire a team, collaborating cross-functionally to drive performance and achieve targets.

About You
Y
ou are an accomplished Head of Marketing or Marketing Director with a strong background in consumer marketing. Experience within the legal sector would be advantageous.

As a strategic thinker, you have a proven ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans that deliver tangible results. You are adept at managing both digital and traditional marketing strategies in an integrated approach, always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
