Are you an exceptionally organised coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment? We are seeking a Roadshow Coordinator with experience supporting senior teams within a large global investment bank or corporate access team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background as an Executive Assistant, or Roadshow Coordinator who is used to managing complex schedules, high-pressure situations, and multiple stakeholders.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership to ensure seamless coordination between corporate clients, investors, and internal teams.
You will have a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience and must have worked within financial services, or a large investment bank.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Full execution of Non-Deal Roadshows from start to finish.
- Schedule 1:1 and group meetings investors across different locations.
- Keep all calendars and scheduling systems up to date
- Act as the main point of contact for everyone involved, keeping teams informed before and throughout
- Send and maintain accurate calendar invitations and meeting details for all participants
- Coordinate all travel and logistical arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, catering etc
- Prepare background notes and briefing documents for the team
- expense reconciliation and reporting
This is a 5 day in office role | 8am - 6pm |12 month assignment

Pay Rate: £300 - £340 inclusive of holiday
