What You’ll Be Doing:- Speaking with customers daily and delivering outstanding service
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital enquiries
- Solving problems, answering questions, and making customers’ day better
- Keeping customer records up to date and accurate
- Learning new systems, skills, and processes as you grow
What We’re Looking For:- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience within Customer Support, a Customer Support Centre or an Operations Centre
- A positive attitude and great communication skills
- Confidence talking to people on the phone
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Team players who bring energy and enthusiasm
