Job Description

This is your chance to join a world-leading global investment firm in a pivotal Policy Coordinator role shaping the foundation of your career at one of the most respected names in investment.

You’ll be part of the Corporate Engagement team, supporting the firm’s strategic and philanthropic policy initiatives. From analysing and summarising policy data, to assessing impact and presenting insights to senior stakeholders, this role offers both visibility and purpose.

It’s the ideal opportunity for someone early in their career, looking to develop analytical, communication, and coordination skills within a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
  • Analyse and summarise policy data to support decision-making and reporting across global engagement programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of internal and external policy initiatives, providing actionable insights
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Coordinate projects and stakeholder engagement, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met
  • Collaborate across departments (policy, communications, and community engagement) to align strategic goals
  • Support events and policy forums, including logistics, content preparation, and follow-up communications

Requirements:
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in policy, research, or program coordination (corporate, or nonprofit experience welcomed)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills — able to turn complex information into clear insights
  • Confident presenter and communicator, comfortable delivering findings to varied audiences
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset
  • A passion for understanding impact and contributing to evidence-based decision-making

The Details:
  • 12-month full-time temporary assignment with real potential to extend or a potential to transition to a long-term role if you impress - plus many opportunities within the firm
  • 5 days in office
  • £200 per day inclusive of holiday pay

This is a standout opportunity to grow within one of the most prestigious global firms where policy, strategy, and impact intersect. You’ll have exposure to senior stakeholders, access to career development opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful contribution to the firm’s global initiatives.

If you’re driven, analytical, and ready to play a key role in shaping policy impact — this could be the springboard you’ve been waiting for.
