Job Description

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant within the investment space looking for flexible, high-level temp opportunities? We are building a trusted EA network to support our clients Investor Relations teams, providing seamless cover for holiday, sickness, or periods of increased workload.

This role is designed specifically for candidates who are seeking temp-only work or are career temp EA. Whether you run your own business, balance other commitments, or simply prefer the flexibility of temporary assignments.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to: 
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within investment environments – private equity, asset management, or investment banking.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to step in and quickly add value.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
