Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, inbox management and coordinating office events.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for all guests.
- Restock inventory and marinating a tracker to keep up to date with what is needed for the office.
- Ordering lunch, catering and researching new suppliers.
- Collaborate with various teams to support daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
