EA - Global Head Private Equity

A fantastic role has arisen in this successful and high profile Private Equity firm based in Mayfair. Supporting a newly appointed global head you will be providing high level support to the global head and their small team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a high-performing firm and have a real opportunity to make your mark. You will be part of a group of senior EAs and your duties will be wide ranging on top of traditional diary/travel support. As EA to the global head you will be expected to build great relationships client liaison and taking ownership for confidential projects.  You will liaise closely with a very high-profile client base and often attend meetings with or on behalf of your global head and be a pivotal member in driving forward the culture within this small and close knit team. As well as day to day global scheduling and extensive and complex travel you will also set up key meetings with clients and coordinate a number of high-profile events. 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced EA with at least 8 years’ experience at senior level and proven longevity as they are a well-known team. This is a fantastic opportunity that will suit an EA with drive, energy and with their own opinion who is not afraid to put forward ideas and make suggestions. At the same time you need high EQ as the global head will want someone with a similar mindset and someone who is engaged, inquisitive and with the desire to provide high level of service as well as loyalty and commitment. This is more than an EA role and offers genuine scope to develop and add real value.

It is a fast-paced environment and you will need to enjoy working on a dynamic desk but you are joining a friendly and highly collaborative team where the EAs work closely supporting each other but also have complete ownership of their own roles. You will need to be someone who is a natural mentor and who enjoys getting fully involved in the team. In addition, you will be regularly liaising with internal and external stakeholders so you should be naturally confident and enjoy a role that is very much relationship building and very client facing. This is a real one-off role and an opportunity for an experienced EA to raise their game to the next level.
