Team Assistant

If you are a highly competent, driven, self-motivated individual who has had 3-5 years of experience working in the investment sector as a Team Assistant, looking for a new challenge this role, is perfect for you!
The client is a global investment firm who require the best talent to join their large team and provide the highest-level support possible. Located in the heart of London, this new role is looking for someone who has a history with managing demanding requests and working with senior professionals such as the MD and, Partners and Analysts in helping to lighten their load.

Key responsibilities

• Diary management
• Scheduling meetings
• International flights and booking
• Managing expenses
• Maintaining workflow and prioritising work that is time-sensitive
• Supporting ad hoc issues when they rise
• Responding to high volume demands

This fast-paced environment is looking for someone who can navigate a team well, be a proactive member and display consistency through various streams of communication. Also, the client requires the assistant to be in office 5 days and week and it’s looking for someone to be flexible in their schedule to fit the culture of the team and overall ethos of the country. Please note that experience as a team assistant is necessary to be considered for this role.
