This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce professional to take up the exciting role of Salesforce DevOps Lead within a growing, agile Salesforce team at a market-leading, global financial services organisation.

In this role you will be responsible for the operational and small change software development demands of the businesses Salesforce platform. You will enhance and mature an expanding Salesforce team to provide operational support to the platform and will contribute objective insight and technical expertise to the applications, systems and processes that are transforming the business through its online digital services.

Reporting to the Salesforce Platform Lead, you will work in an agile way alongside the other Salesforce leads, with the mission of ensuring the effective management and operation of the Salesforce estate comprising of five Salesforce Orgs spanning Sales, Service, Not for Profit and Industries.

To be considered you will be a seasoned Salesforce Professional with strong experience of motivating and managing Salesforce teams in the build and delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will have excellent experience in translating business demand into requirements, managing stakeholders and prioritisation. You will also need to bring:

• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform spanning Service, Sales and/or Industries
• Salesforce Certifications (minimum Salesforce Administrator, ideally Advanced Admin and App Builder)
• Experience of using JIRA
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences

This is a remote-based role with very occasional visits to the office. Therefore, a lot of flexibility is on offer for the right candidate and you can expect a salary £70,000-£75,000 plus a 9% annual bonus, generous 12% non-contributory pension, private medical contribution, 25 days holiday plus perks such as virtual GP appointments, free flu jab and other flexible benefits.
