Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Temp to Perm – £13 per hour

We’re looking for enthusiastic people with great customer service skills who want to kickstart their career in recruitment. No experience? No problem – we provide full training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Speaking with candidates and clients every day
Building strong relationships and understanding their needs
Writing engaging job adverts and managing applications
Coordinating interviews and supporting placements
Learning the ropes of the full recruitment process

Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicators
A positive, can-do attitude with resilience
Up for a challenge and eager to learn
Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential
