While the office is based in Cambridge, this role offers excellent flexibility, with the ability to work remotely and visit the office just once a week.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL-based solutions to meet client requirements.
• Create and manage functional design reports to document development processes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently.

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a SQL Developer, with a strong technical foundation.
• Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write, read, and optimize queries.
• Solid understanding of database structures and data modelling.
• Experience in stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• A UK driving license (required).
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable.

Bonus Skills (Desirable but not Essential):

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, JavaScript, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with JSON and XML for data handling.
