MASH QSW
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments of children and families in need of support and protection.
- Collaborating with partner agencies to develop and implement effective safeguarding plans.
- Providing expert advice and support to colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding matters.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Participating in regular team meetings and case discussions to ensure best practices.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in children’s social services, preferably within a MASH or safeguarding context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
