Pertemps Wrexham have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join a fast-growing team as a trainee recruitment consultant. With over 64 years of rich history Pertemps are the largest independent recruitment agency in the UK, supporting clients with their staffing needs and candidates to find the right job opportunity for them.

Your enthusiasm and learning mindset will put you in the best position to understand the local job market and support you in building relationships with prospective clients to grow the Pertemps presence in North Wales.
 
What you can expect
As a Temp Recruitment Consultant it will be your responsibility to develop client relationships and become an extension of their companies HR/Recruitment team. You will be confident in speaking with candidates, understanding their preferences and motivations to secure them interviews with clients in and around Wrexham.

Your focus will be to ensure that our clients always feel supported, providing advice and industry insights whilst supplying qualified temporary staff that align to their hiring needs. You will also promote the wider Pertemps Network Group at careers fairs and networking events to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets.

The successful candidate will be

• Able to comfortably commute to the office (Drivers Licence is essential)
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills
• Experienced speaking with customers/clients in a professional manner
• Excellent in both written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail orientated with strong organisational skills
• Results focussed with a goal-oriented mindset
• Able to understand candidate and client motivations
