Recruitment Consultant

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Sales Professional with a successful track record of delivering first-class service? We are open to applications from candidates with varying experience levels, however the successful candidate will have previous experience in a fast paced sales environment.

The position:
You will be working within our Didcot branch, alongside a team of highly skilled recruitment professionals. The role will involve but is not limited to:

• Business development calls.
• Client meetings – Face to face and Virtual.
• Sourcing and screening candidates for commercial permanent vacancies.
• Understanding candidates career aspirations and building relationships.
• Advertising roles and pro-actively searching for candidates via job boards and social media.
• Carrying out competency-based interviews.
• Bringing on new clients and nurturing and maintaining existing client relationships.

Requirements:

• Due to the location, a full driver’s licence is required.
• Previous experience in a Sales or Recruitment role is essential.
• Office 365 experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to succeed.
