Location: Battersea / Wandsworth (SW18)
Salary: £50,000
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to be based at a high-end residential development in the Battersea/Wandsworth area.
This is a site-based role focused on the servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of air conditioning systems, with a strong emphasis on Daikin equipment. The position offers a stable working environment with no call-out requirement and consistent working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on AC units efficiently
- Service and maintain VRF systems, condensers, and apartment indoor units
- Work predominantly on Daikin systems using on-site service checker tools
- Ensure all systems are operating efficiently and in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out
- Liaise with site management and residents where required
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times

- Apartment indoor units
- No chillers on site
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer in a commercial or residential setting
- Strong working knowledge of Daikin systems (essential)
- Experience using Daikin Service Checker (highly desirable)
- F-Gas qualification (essential)
- Ability to fault-find and diagnose issues independently
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
Package
- Salary: £50,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Holiday: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Call-Out: None
- Stable, long-term static site role
