Teaching Assistant required to support children at this fantastic Primary School in Birmingham. This OFSTED rated ‘Good’ Primary School in the Birmingham area requires a Teaching Assistant to provide support for the pupils in this school. This role requires a teaching assistant who loves working with children of all abilities, and who greets every child with a smile and enthusiasm.

This friendly team at this school offer outstanding support for staff and pupils, while creating a sense of respect and belonging for both the pupils and the staff. Who will make you will feel welcome from day one. The school has excellent facilities where children flourish. This school is focused on putting the needs of the pupils first. The school has great support from the local community as well as the local church. Experience supporting children with Autism or Complex Needs is preferred for this role.

Job Role:

• Providing tailored support all the children in the classroom.
• Motivate and support children of different abilities.
• Managing behaviours, helping the child to engage with lessons.
• Recording progress of the children and report back to the class teacher.
