Job Description
Part-time position/job share - hours 08:00 to 17:30 (Mon, Tues, Thurs & Friday) 08:00 to 13:45 or 11:45 to 17:30 on a Wednesday, on a weekly rotational shift basis Monday to Friday, cover for sickness and holiday. This is subject to change after March.
Full-time cover until the end of March.

💰 Pay: £12.63 per hour
- To provide a professional, efficient and friendly welcome to all visitors and callers ensuring they are transferred to their appointed employee in a timely manner.
- A professional telephone manner when receiving and transferring calls to/from the main switchboard.
- Effectively carrying out associated administrative and site activities, including incoming and outgoing post, arranging buffets, PPE for visitors.
- Ensure all contractors or third parties working on site have the required permits and are directed to the appropriate employee in order to complete works.
- Maintaining appropriate stationary and ancillary supplies to ensure stocks remain at required levels, placing orders or requesting replenishment as necessary.
- Ensure meeting rooms are kept in a clean and tidy condition, escalating issues as necessary
