Receptionist - Cambridge - 12 Month Fixed term contract Company providing serviced office space is seeking an experienced Receptionist to support at their busy Business Centre in Cambridge.
This is a 12 Month fixed term contract to start ASAP and will pay £23,796.
Working hours, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. (40 hrs weekly)
The Receptionist will act as prime support for the Centre Manager in ensuring the efficient running of the centre. This involves all aspects of client service support, admin, and reception duties to dealing with prospective and existing clients.
Duties will include:- Receiving visitors and informing clients
- Personalised answering of all incoming calls and accurate message taking
- Co-ordinate meeting room bookings (ordering of conference requirement e.g.: audio visual equipment and catering)
- Ensure that the building and facilities are maintained to enable centre staff, visitors, and users to work safely and effectively.
- Provide secretarial support to all clients as and when required.
- Building Maintenance, including scheduling of work for the Maintenance Operative
- Health and Safety Compliance - carrying out Risk Assessments, weekly check.
- Conduct viewings with potential clients and ensuring show offices are available and prepped.
- Identify and upselling all company services.
The ideal Receptionist will have the following knowledge, skills, and experience:- Customer service experience in a people focused environment.
- A Confident user of Microsoft office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience of handling client's complaints and able to provide appropriate solutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels of authority.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Able to work from own initiative.
- Have a polite, friendly, and approachable manner.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Some Experience in sales
