💷 £35,950 – £37,638 OTE (including sleep-ins) + £1,000 joining bonus
⏰ 40 hours per week + sleep-ins
🔄 2 days on / 4 days off (alternate week pattern)
About the Role We are looking for passionate and dedicated
Children’s Residential Care Workers to join a supportive and established team in Derby.

You’ll be responsible for providing emotional support, promoting positive behaviours, and ensuring the overall wellbeing of the children in your care.
What You’ll Be Doing- Providing day-to-day care and emotional support to young people
- Promoting independence, life skills, and social development
- Supporting with routines, education, and activities
- Maintaining a safe and structured environment
- Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality care

What We’re Looking For- NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards)
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential childcare
- Full UK driving licence
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
