About the RoleThe Education Network is working in partnership with a number of primary schools across
Leeds and surrounding areas to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic
Year 1 Teachers.
This role is ideal for a teacher who has a strong understanding of the
Key Stage 1 curriculum and a passion for supporting pupils through the crucial transition from EYFS into Year 1. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, creative lessons that support both academic progress and personal development.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced teachers, with opportunities available to suit your availability and career goals.
What We’re Looking For- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and phonics
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A positive, inclusive, and engaging teaching style
• Flexibility, reliability, and professionalism
