Cleaner – Porth Plaza, South Wales

Join our dedicated team at Network Recruitment Wales as a Cleaner at a vibrant office location in Porth Plaza, South Wales. This part-time role is perfect for a reliable individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Role Details:

• Position: Cleaner
• Location: Porth Plaza, South Wales
• Hours: 10 hours per week (2 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
• Shift Times: 17:00 – 19:00
• Contract Dates: 8th September 2025 – 24th November 2025
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key holder to access and secure the building, locking up after shifts if required.
• Toilet Areas: Sanitise all surfaces, toilets, sinks, hand dryers, pipes, cubicle walls, doors, and floors to a high standard.
• Kitchen Areas: Clean and sanitise work surfaces, sinks, floors, and skirting boards.
• Offices: Vacuum or mop floors, sanitise desks, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Corridors: Vacuum or mop floors, clean skirting boards and window sills.
• Communal Areas: Maintain cleanliness of flooring, skirting boards, window sills, and hard furnishings.
• Use a scrubber dryer in some buildings (training provided).
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently during evening shifts.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Trustworthy and responsible, especially when handling building keys.
