We are currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join a dynamic team providing professional HR advice, guidance, and support across multiple departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work on both strategic and operational HR projects while contributing to key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
βœ” Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, attendance management, contracts, organisational change, and redundancy consultations
βœ” Develop an understanding of different service areas to provide effective workforce planning solutions
βœ” Support and contribute to policy development and implementation, ensuring compliance with employment legislation
βœ” Provide coaching and training to managers, staff, and School Governing Bodies on HR best practices
βœ” Advise on disciplinary and grievance investigations, hearings, and appeals
βœ” Analyse and provide absence data to support effective attendance management and work collaboratively with Occupational Health to reduce absence levels
βœ” Assist in the design and implementation of recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs
βœ” Attend Adult and/or Children Safeguarding Strategy Meetings, offering HR expertise in multi-agency cases
βœ” Manage confidential HR data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal policies

Essential Criteria:
βœ… CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent degree-level HR qualification)
βœ… Associate CIPD membership & evidence of Continuous Professional Development
βœ… Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret workforce data and identify trends
βœ… Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage conflict and influence stakeholders
βœ… Sound knowledge of employment law, pensions, equalities legislation, and best HR practices
βœ… Experience in organisational change, recruitment, and workforce planning
βœ… Proficiency in HR software and IT systems
