Practitioner Manager (All Wales Pledge)

Network Recruitment Wales are recruiting a Practitioner Manager for a temporary placement on behalf of one of our clients.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner manager/senior practitioner to work within a busy intake and assessment team. The post holder will be responsible for the supervision of staff, mentoring of newly qualified social workers, management of duty and quality assurance and authorisation of work.

The role is a minimum of 3 days in the office as we have a high number of newly qualified staff that require quite hands on support. Wednesday is designated team day so this is always one of the days as everyone is in and we run team meetings, focus groups on these days. There is a weekly alternating rota between the two PM posts for managing duty and so it may need to be more on the candidates designated duty week.
