Senior Application Support Analyst

A Senior Application Support Analyst is now sought by a rapidly expanding specialist manufacturing Organisation. Who are offering a career opportunity into team leadership and management.
 
On joining the Organisation, you will work closely with the senior management team providing hands-on 1st and 2nd line support of end user computing desktops alongside critical business application support. At the same time you will lead the recruitment of a service desk team and the establishment of a best practice IT support service.
 
To be successful you will be a Senior Application Support Analyst with the following skills and experience:
 

• Commercial Application / IT support experience
• Basic / intermediate SQL skills
• Previous mentoring / leadership experience
• Some involvement in team recruitment
• ITIL qualification or experience
• Can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
