We are seeking a skilled and reliable
Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at one of the UK’s most popular water theme parks. This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality food in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment, ensuring consistent standards and exceptional service to our guests.
As a Chef de Partie, you will work across various food outlets within the park, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering well-prepared meals while maintaining a clean, organised kitchen space in line with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, cook and present dishes to agreed standards
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operation during service
- Assist in stock control, food rotation, and waste minimisation
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with food hygiene standards
- Ensure all allergen procedures and documentation are correctly followed
- Comply with all legal and company requirements, including food safety and health & safety policies
Competencies Required:- Strong cooking skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different kitchen sections
Qualifications & Compliance:- Food Safety Certificate Level 2 – required
- Food Allergens Certificate – required
- Proven knowledge of food safety and legal compliance
Uniform & Equipment:- White chef jacket
- Black trousers
- Steel toe safety shoes
- Chef hat or skull cap
- Kitchen Apron
- Bring own sharp knives safely wrapped in a knife roll or case (cloth wrapping is not permitted)
