Job Description
I am currently representing an excellent building services company who are in need of Semi Static Commercial gas engineer to be operating across 3 campuses at the Queen Mary University in East London.
Site cluster:
All sites are within 1 square mile of each other within Mile End/Whitechapel in London.
In this role You will be looking after a cluster of sites carrying out visual checks and maintenance on:
Commercial Plant room Maintenance
Commercial Boilers & Burners
Package
- £48/55k Basic
- Van, fuel card, uniform, tablet, phone and training provided
- Monday to Friday 40 hours per week with half hour lunch
- Private use of van allowed
- Overtime available
- Call Out mandatory on 1 in 7 basis and with £200 per week retainer and paid x1.5 door to door
- SSP
- 28 days holiday per annum
- Engineer provides own hand tools
- Company Pension Scheme in place
- 6-month probation
- Pay weekly or monthly to suit
- Immediate start / will wait for right candidate.
